Return & Refund Policy

At OutletMystic, your satisfaction is sacred. Each of our items is crafted with intention and care — and we want you to feel just as good about your purchase as you do when wearing or gifting it.

This policy explains your rights and responsibilities regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms below.


- Returns (30 Days)

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item meets the conditions below:

Eligibility Conditions:

- The item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition

Must include original packaging, tags, inserts or accessories
- Return must be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@outletmystic.com with:

- Your order number
- A brief reason for the return
- Clear photos and video

Important:

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect

- You must use a tracked postal service — OutletMystic is not responsible for lost or untracked returns

- We do not accept returns that arrive without prior communication and approval


- Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for:

- Items that arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect

If you would like a different style or item, please return the product and place a new order after your refund is processed.


- Items Not Eligible for Return

- Custom-made or personalised products
- Sale or discounted items marked Final Sale
- Gift cards or digital downloads
- Products showing signs of wear, use, modification, water damage, or accidental breakage
- Items returned after 30 days without communication

Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted, and we reserve the right to deny any return that does not comply.


- Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item:

- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Send photos and video clearly showing the issue
- We'll offer a replacement or refund, depending on stock availability

No returns are accepted for items broken due to improper use, accidents, or external factors after delivery.


- Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

- You’ll receive an email notification confirming approval or rejection
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days

Note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was damaged or incorrect
- Processing times may vary depending on your card provider or bank


- Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled:

- Within 6 hours after purchase, or
- Before dispatch (whichever comes first)

After dispatch, cancellations are no longer possible and must follow the return procedure.


- Lost or Undelivered Orders

All orders are shipped with tracking. In the rare case your order appears lost:

- Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date
- We will initiate an investigation with the courier
- If confirmed lost, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund

We are not responsible for:

- Orders marked as “delivered” by the courier but claimed undelivered by the customer (unless proven with investigation)
- Incorrect address provided at checkout

Make sure your shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.


- Customs & Import Duties

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes imposed by their country. These are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are outside of our control.


- Return-to-Sender Parcels

If your parcel is returned to us due to:

- Incorrect address
- Unclaimed delivery
- Customs refusal

You will be responsible for:

- Reshipping fees (if you choose redelivery), or
- Return postage + original shipping fee (if you request a refund)
