Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Scope

This policy explains how we process, ship and deliver your orders from OutletMystic. By placing an order on our Website you agree to these terms.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed from our warehouse within 2–3 business days, unless otherwise specified on the product page. Processing excludes weekends and public holidays.


3. Shipping Destinations & Charges

We ship to the UK, EU and many international destinations. Shipping charges and delivery times vary depending on destination, chosen shipping method and order weight.
At checkout, you will see the exact shipping cost for your order.


4. Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times

These estimates are after processing time. Unexpected delays may occur due to customs, weather or carrier issues.

5. Free Shipping

Orders with a total value of £50 or more qualify for free standard shipping to UK/EU destinations (excluding exceptions such as oversized items or remote areas).

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number. You can monitor your parcel via the carrier’s website.
If you do not receive tracking within 48 hours of dispatch, please contact us.

7. Incorrect or Undeliverable Address

It is your responsibility to provide a correct shipping address. If your parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address, customs refusal or non‑collection, you will be responsible for resending costs or may choose to receive a refund minus original shipping and return costs.

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside the UK/EU, or from the UK to EU post‑Brexit, any import duties, taxes or customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in our shipping rates.

9. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your parcel, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
We will investigate with the carrier. We may offer a reshipment or refund once the investigation is complete.

10. Change or Cancellation of Orders

If you wish to cancel or change your order (e.g., shipping address, item size) please contact us at contact@outletmystic.com within 6 hours of placing your order and before dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, changes will not be possible and the standard return process will apply.

11. Returns from Shipping Errors or Damages

If you receive the wrong item or the item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days. Provide order number and photos of the item/packaging. We will arrange a refund or replacement at no cost to you.

12. Terms of Use

We aim to provide accurate shipping information and realistic delivery estimates, but we are not liable for delays caused by external factors (customs inspection, carrier delays, weather, force‑majeure).
By ordering you accept that delivery timelines are estimates only.
